Hearts of Oak fans care more about Real Madrid and Barcelona- Aboubakar Ouattara blast Phobians

Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club head coach Aboubakar Ouattara has slammed fans of the club for showing more passion for foreign clubs than their own club.
Ouattara delivered the scathing remarks to Hearts fans after the Phobia club played before a near empty venue at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Hearts beat FC Samartex 1-0 with Konadu Yiadom scoring the winner in the season finale to close out the 20224-2025 season.
Hearts ended the campaign in fifth place with 58 points but in a post-game interview, Aboubakar Ouattara launched a strong attack at Hearts of Oak fans.
“Some people were insulting me, insulting my players, the Board Chairman—everyone…And Hearts of Oak supporters, I congratulate them for criticizing us.”

“Without the fans, it’s difficult for a team like Hearts of Oak to go forward. The same fans are ready to watch Real Madrid, Barcelona without any link to that team, you don’t know anybody on that team you see that’s my worry. We need them, we want to tell them, we need them to come because Hearts of Oak is the property of these supporters” Ouattara lamented.
